Changes in our reality are driven by technological advances, innovative practices, new competition, growing customer expectations, the globalization and the new face of the modern workforce. The ability to survive through the crises is definitely not enough on its own in the modern marketplace.
The roles of Quality Profession and Leadership have to adapt in order to effectively lead organizations to success through change and innovation. In this session, Natella teaches about the emerging role of the Quality professional as a Strategic visionary enabling organizations to stay ahead of the game by dismantling unnecessary hierarchies and proactively focusing on what will truly matter tomorrow. How will we move from fighting fires to building the foundations of organizations of the future? What Legacy will we leave?

” I attended Natella’s presentation at the annual ASQ Conference in Vancouver. Natella’s presentation was amazing and had a great success! The topic was very interesting and inevitably attracted many quality professionals: the room was absolutely packed and it was worth it. From the very beginning I could tell that I was attending a presentation prepared by a pro: Natella checked-in with the audience, asked us a question, asked the names of the people who were willing to reply, talked a little about herself. After a short introduction Natella asked the audience to briefly exchange the opinions about the main presentation’s question. That was great! A few people shared and everyone stayed engaged and was curious: what would be next? Natella provided concise (and quality!) review of the history of Quality, and where we are now.
