Natella Isazada

Natella Isazada is a Vancouver-based Personal and Organizational Excellence expert, international speaker and author who promotes and empowers organizational excellence through personal growth and development.

 Originally from Azerbaijan, Natella experienced life in a few diverse places before finding her home in Beautiful BC in 2007. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in International Journalism from Baku State University, Azerbaijan and her Degree in Law from Russian State Social University. She then acquired her Master’s of Public Administration from University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA.

Naltella has over 15 years of progressive work experience in the fields of Quality, OHS and Risk Management in Manufacturing and Service industries in the US and Canada. She has helped organizations achieve top results through management systems implementation, business process improvements and leadership development. She has passion for breaking down communication barriers and improving organizational performance through building the culture of excellence that engages the disengaged and promotes personal growth.

An active member of the American Society for Quality, Natella is a part of the leadership team at ASQ Vancouver Section. Section. She holds several industry certifications including Certified Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and ISO 9000 Lead Auditor (IRCA). She is an Advanced Communicator designated by Toastmasters International as well as a speaker at TEDx Chilliwack, BC, Canada.

Natella speaks at business conferences and other industry events providing keynote speeches and educational sessions. She also facilitates workshops on communication and performance that help leaders articulate their message and guide organizations to removing roadblocks to their ongoing success.
