“During the 4th Annual ASQ Vancouver Conference Natella Isazada delivered presentation titled “The future of quality profession”. One could expect it to be a presentation dedicated to a very generic, boring topic. It turned out to be a truly stimulating event.
I admit, I do often attend various courses and presentation just to learn from others this critical 5% which I am likely to be missing, or to simply to see how others are pursuing some specific subject. And, this time, my motivation was not different. What was different was an unexpected outcome of Natella’s presentation which produced 3 pages of notes full of observations and ideas for the consideration in my future endeavors. And for this I remain indebted to Natella, and to the organizers of 2017 ASQ Vancouver Conference.

I found your presentation to be a clear vision of where quality is headed in the future. Opened my eyes to make people think outside the box and not be stuck in the box with the same thinking as before. You delivery was excellent to get the message across to the viewers. I like the quotes you referenced from Deming, etc. I feel that people that get ahead are the ones that can adjust to the present way and not still use the old methods they used before. We need to learn, unlearn and learn all over to stay on top.”

” I attended Natella’s presentation at the annual ASQ Conference in Vancouver. Natella’s presentation was amazing and had a great success! The topic was very interesting and inevitably attracted many quality professionals: the room was absolutely packed and it was worth it. From the very beginning I could tell that I was attending a presentation prepared by a pro: Natella checked-in with the audience, asked us a question, asked the names of the people who were willing to reply, talked a little about herself. After a short introduction Natella asked the audience to briefly exchange the opinions about the main presentation’s question. That was great! A few people shared and everyone stayed engaged and was curious: what would be next? Natella provided concise (and quality!) review of the history of Quality, and where we are now. It was interesting to hear real life examples. I thought the quiz idea in the end was brilliant – we were voting for the choices. The answer was surprising and Natella explained why, which was an amazing finish to the great 50 minutes! During the whole presentation Natella was able to keep the audience’s attention, maintained eye contact and moved around which are the vital presentation skills and she mastered them! Also, she looked very professional and stylish. Great job, Natella and wish you many more successful speeches in the future and hope to attend again!”

“Natella Isazada’s presentation was entertaining, authentic, and enlightening. Although the topic was not new or unusual many in her audience told me it was one of the best speakers presenting this year at the ASQ conference. Her authenticity and passion about the subject engages all of us from the start, and makes the conference a memorable event. She shapes it in a manner that provides a new perspective of what will truly matter tomorrow. “Everybody is in sales”, the climax of the presentation still follows me. It’s the brand which is full of the business passion and change people life. Natella makes me think that our traditional focus on being better may not be enough, being authentic is the key to fascinate.”
